The 2022 Henry Cabernet Sauvignon is an exquisite representation of the varietal and its reputable growing region. The bouquet is powerful yet refined with floral notes, tobacco, and black pepper. On the palate this wine shows soft, supple tannins with flavors of stone fruit, dark cherry, and plum. Balanced by its acidity, polished tannins and exotic oak, the wine

This wine opens with sultry aromas of dark plum and crème de cassis with a hint of lavender. The 2023 Siena opens with dried cranberry, figs, allspice, cream soda, and a hint of bacon. The medium-bodied palate is underlined by bold, juicy plum flavors, strawberry and toasted hazelnut.

The 2022 Heritage Red has a strong Cabernet Sauvignon base, with Petit Verdot, Malbec, and a small amount of other reds artfully selected for the  final blend. This wine offers seductive aromas of milk chocolate, dried cherries,  leather and tobacco. The palate is well-balanced with concentrated flavors  of pomegranate, raspberry, vanilla bean, and cinnamon. Silky tannins create  an elegant mouthfeel and long-lasting finish. The 2022 Trésor opens with aromas of cedar, molasses, cola, cassis, and a hint of clove. The palate is full, with silky tannins adding depth to layers of plum jam and toasty dried cherry scones. Named for late winemaker Patrick (Pat) Foley, this wine was crafted to embody his bold character, fun-loving personality and relentless spirit. Upon opening, aromas of bright red cherry and raspberry integrate with licorice, black pepper and woody spice. The rich mouthfeel suggests plum and blackberry pie with notes of vanilla and tobacco. This wine finishes with excellent structure and is expected to evolve in bottle for the next 12 to 15 years with proper cellaring.

This small-lot Cabernet was crafted with a borderline obsessive attention to detail, with only the best barrels selected. Our most beastly wine, it is made only for the bold at heart. Our 2022 Ode to the Beast Cabernet Sauvignon opens with intense aromas of baking spice, molasses, milk chocolate, and cedar. The palate offers decadent flavors of plum preserves and mocha with supple tannins. Enjoy now or cellar for 5-15 years for additional complexity. 

Our 2023 Mordecai offers abundant ripe blackberry and plum aromas with a touch of vanilla, baking spice, and floral notes. The palate is medium-bodied, adding black cherry, herbal sage, berry medley, leather, and a hint of caramel spice to the satisfying finish.

Our 2022 Sophia’s Hillside Cuvée is primarily composed of our young hillside blocks of Cabernet Sauvignon. The fruit from these estate vineyard blocks meld together to create a perfectly balanced, intense wine. It has the fruit-forward youthfulness and freshness of the young Cabernet Sauvignon that is softened and balanced by the French oak aging. Upon opening, deep aromas of ripe blackberry, cassis, and plum are intertwined with hints of graphite, tobacco, and a touch of violet. On the palate, it is full-bodied yet balanced, with rich flavors of dark fruit and baking spice, supported by velvety tannins and bright acidity. The oak adds layers of vanilla and toasted coconut, contributing to a long, structured finish with a touch of minerality.

Our 2019 Danielli displays a deep ruby color and presents intense aroma notes of berries, black cassis, caramel, and forest floor. This is a full-bodied wine with muscular tannins, firm acidity, and a lengthy finish.

Our 2022 Gravel Bed Red opens with blue blueberry and boysenberry aromas, wrapped in a delicate bouquet of fresh lavender. The juicy palate delivers marionberry and boysenberry cobbler, with savory dried herbs, and mouthwatering acidity. Supple tannins linger on the smooth, elegant finish. This wine pairs beautifully with aged Gouda cheese, Italian sausage with fennel, or pasta bolognese.

This 2023 River’s Red is a unique blend with aromatics of cherry, berry, and a hint of blueberry. It is medium-bodied with a flavor blast of berries. The palate is balanced with approachable tannins and a pleasantly soft finish. Whether dining alfresco or a night out on the town, this wine will pair perfectly with a wide variety of foods.

This beautiful wine opens with dark and rich aromatics of coffee bean, smooth caramel and dark chocolate covered toffee. On the palate, velvety tannins mingle with hints of roasted almonds and chocolate cherries making this a well-integrated wine that finishes with hints of tobacco and leather.

The Chairman Series Lineage is a bold and distinguished red wine. On the nose, rich cassis with hints of fennel and black currant intermingle to create a mouthwatering aroma. On the palate, this wine is robust, with layers of blue and black fruit supported by well-structured tannin and notes of graphite. We recommend decanting for 30-60 minutes before serving to allow the deeply complex fruit characters to evolve. Lineage’s great texture makes it a perfect pairing with rib eye, New York steak, filet mignon, short ribs, or venison…or a holiday feast.

Our 2018 Gravel Bed Cabernet Sauvignon is a beautiful representation of Sonoma County Cab. Aromas of clove, leather, tobacco and cassis lead to savory tapenade and red fruit flavors on the palate, finishing with bright oak.

On the nose, cigar box, jammy blueberry and black currant, and vanilla cream lead to a silky, refined palate. Black tea, dark chocolate, and espresso notes meld together seamlessly. Decant in its youth or allow it to evolve in bottle for the next 10+ years.

Bold, concentrated and richly layered, our 2021 Alexander Valley Reserve Red Wine opens with aromas of hazelnut, cinnamon, toffee, cranberry, and plum. The palate exhibits ample black cherry fruit flavors accented by baking spice, tobacco, black tea, and cocoa. Fresh tannins carry this wine through the extensive finish. Serve with short ribs, shepherds pie, or jambalaya.

PreVail Lookout Tree is a full-bodied, yet elegant wine. A bouquet of raspberry, violet, vanilla pod, white pepper, and caramel lead to complex layers of flavor on the palate. Plum, graphite, and notes of toasty oak are complemented by English toffee through the long, decadent finish.

Complex, velvety and bold, the 2016 Cherryblock delivers a great deal of intricacy and sophistication. The wine fills the glass with deep purple and ruby highlights, followed by intense, concentrated aromas of blackberry, vanilla and baking spices. Waves of rich black fruit wash over the palate, with complex layers of cedar and tobacco. The tannins from this vintage were more intense than usual due to the smaller crop size, leading us to blend in a little more Merlot than is typical. The finish is framed by full soft tannins and lingering notes of herbs and spice.

The 2022 opens with aromas of cigar box, black cherry, black currant, leather, toasted oak, and baking spice. The palate is dark and brooding, offering dark berry flavors, cherry cola, dark chocolate, and plum cedar notes. A match made in wine heaven: Malbec and Merlot are just one of those blends that work so well on so many levels. The 2021 Malbec-Merlot with juicy bramble berry and bright cherry give this unique blend its diverse character. We’ve got a blend of silky, wildly expressive Syrah, velvety Merlot and bold Cabernet Sauvignon, all from impressive vineyards throughout Eastern Washington. The 2022 Streamlet is a vibrant wine with earthy aromas of bright red and blue fruits and cedar. Dark dusty cocoa swirls on the palate with dark fruit accents that encapsulate this complex wine.

Big and rich, with mouth-filling ripe red and black mountain and benchland fruits accented with black tea, cassis, black licorice, a touch of fennel, black olive and sweet blueberry fruit leather. Hints of cedar cigar box and tobacco sit alongside well-integrated tannins.

A selection of Courtney Foley’s favorite barrels, the 2021 Courtney’s Cuvée is an excellent expression of our estate vineyards. Upon opening, alluring aromas of maple, coffee nip, graphite, leather, violet, allspice, and blueberry muffin waft from the bottle. The juicy acidity of this wine, coupled with flavors of plum and wild raspberry, are beautifully balanced by rustic tannins that grip the palate and extend the luxurious finish.

The 2018 Cinq Cépages opens with inviting aromas of cassis, blackberry jam, a touch of dried currants, leather, and soft nutmeg and cardamom spice notes. The palate offers more dark fruits with rich, ripe, jammy fruit, black cherries, plums and cassis and notes of vanilla and maple spice. The wine is well-structured with silky tannins leading to a satisfying finish. Rewarding and ready for enjoyment now, the 2018 vintage will also evolve over time with proper cellaring.
