A change from historically used Sangiovese, this 2023 vintage is crafted using Pinot Noir from the Carneros region in Napa Valley. Beautiful light pink color in the glass, the wine opens with aromas of subtle strawberry, lemon citrus and jasmine. Dry on the palate with notes on stone fruit, this wine is very food friendly and pairs well with soft cheeses, niçoise salad and roasted duck.

Pale straw color in the glass, crystal clear. Aromas of pears, cut hay and candied apricot. On the palate the wine shows bright acidity and fresh floral notes, with more varietal profile of white peach & crisp green apple flavors. The finish is crisp 
and silky with lingering flavors. Enjoy by itself or with jalapeno ceviche and Baja fish tacos with salsa verde.

Deep purple color, opaque in glass. Expressive nose of crushed espresso bean, mocha and cassis. On the palate dark fruits, blackberry and plum intermingle with subtle dried thyme and blueberry. Secondary characters have started to show through with bottle age, these include cedar and cigar box, freshly cured tobacco leaf. The tannins are bold, which when set into the context of the wines rich flavor and texture provide a delicious balance to the balanced acidity. With a long, evolving finish this wine is perfect for pairing with food or enjoying by itself. Drinking well now but will benefit from careful cellaring over the next twenty years.

This wine is a beautiful dark red opaque color. It has a complex nose, with a touch of coconut, ripe plum, coffee beans and toffee. On the palate there are vanilla flavors, caramel, plum and liquorice. The tannins are moderate, perfectly balanced with a soft acidity. On the finish are notes of coal and leather.

An age worthy classic, this wine will continue to reveal it's myriad layers of complexity over the next 20 years. For now, a deep opaque purple in the glass, displaying aromas of wild sage, dark cherry, violet and cassis. The tannins are firm and support the intense mid palate of fruit in this wine. The acidity is dialed back, so as not to accentuate the tannins, it provides and backbone to wine, giving freshness to each sip. The flavor profile starts with a dried herb note, moving into ripe dark plum before heading in another direction towards cigar box and cedar, interesting, complex and highly enjoyable.

The 2021 Petit Verdot presents an aromatic bouquet with pronounced notes of black fruits and dark berries. There are subtle hints of spice, such as black pepper, and clove with some herbal and floral notes of violet and lavender. The 2021 Petit

Subtle hints of plum, currant, and violet shine on the palate as well with firm tannins that provide structure, and a slightly grippy texture. Pair this lovely wine with grilled ribeye steak with garlic mashed potatoes and grilled asparagus.

The palate is energetic, with ripe citrus and green apple flavors. The acid helps maintain the freshness alongside a relatively low alcohol level. Focused, mineral driven chardonnay. For those who like less oak.
