We are excited to showcase this classic blend of Sauvignon Blanc and Semillon. Sauvignon Blanc brings brightness to the aromatics and finish while Semillon supplies weight to the palate. Complex aromas of starfruit, lime leaf and white blossom with citrus and honey flavors give way to a viscous velvety finish.

Our 2020 Heart of the Hill Merlot is rich and powerful with black fruit, cedar and spice aromatics. Dense, dark fruit avors emerge on the palate with hints of worn leather. is mouthlling and commanding wine has intense avors and bold tannins which truly make for an age-worthy Merlot.

Aromatics of lychee, starfruit, and juicy white peach lead to a lively off-dry finish.

Our 2020 River Rock Syrah is rustic and juicy. We co-fermented the Syrah with Viognier which adds nice tannin from the stems and a lot of complexity as these varietals compliment each other beautifully. This wine opens with aromatics of bright red fruit and smoked candied bacon that delight the senses. This is a medium-bodied syrah with round red fruit and maple syrup nuances expressed throughout the lingering finish.

Displays aromas of crunchy Asian pear, stone fruit and juicy stone fruits.

This is a classic Cabernet Sauvignon that showcases aromas of cherry, cola, sandalwood, and milk chocolate. Juicy blackberry and blueberry flavors are complimented with hints of cedar on the palate. Round, well-integrated tannins result in a soft, lingering finish.

This 2021 River’s Red is a unique blend that showcases a menagerie of flavors including plum, Marion berry and red cherry. The palate is balanced with approachable tannins and a soft, pleasant finish. Whether dining alfresco or a night out on the town, this wine will pair perfectly with a wide variety of foods.

Higher acidities and lower alcohols are to be expected with our wines for 2019. The 2019 Streamlet is showing tremendous age-ability which is something harder to achieve in a hotter vintage. This wine shows off aromas of black and red fruits. On the palate, earthy accents shine in this complex wine, and minerality and firm, tannins linger on the finish and add structure to this new world red blend.

The 2019 Seven Hills Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon displays layers of dense black fruit. Dark cherry flavors with a touch of espresso and cocoa powder lead to lingering flavors of French roast, macerated berries and a lip-smacking finish. Truly a terroir driven wine with refined tannins, this beast is big and brawny, yet beautifully balanced.

Our 2021 Chardonnay is beautifully balanced with juicy stone fruits, buttered toast and fragrant blossom aromas and flavors. The palate fully delivers with a creamy, viscous mouth feel that highlights the fruit flavors and adds to the complexity.
