Our Blanc de Noirs opens with aromas of lemon zest, rounded out by soft vanilla and juicy white peach stone fruit. On the palate a bright crispness yields to sweet melon and hints of vanilla with a green apple lift, with a fresh raspberry element. The bubbles dance lightly finishing with a creamy, lush palate and persistent finish.
