The combination of dry farming and cool microclimate shows in the intensity of ruby color, pure flavors and seamless structure of the Hallberg Pinot Noir. The complex nose opens with juicy aromas of red fruit and berry confiture. The wine glides on the palate with luxurious texture and seamless balance, its vibrant acidity enhancing the intensity of fruit on the mid-palate.

This Cabernet Sauvignon opens with vivid aromas of boysenberry and blackberry jam. The appealing fruit aromas are enhanced with brown spice notes of clove and nutmeg. The nose leads to a plush, well-structured wine with a bright fruit core and warm vanilla spice. The rich and flavorful palate has smooth tannins and a lingering finish.

Grapes for our Pinot Blanc were grown in Sonoma County's celebrated Alexander Valley whose fine alluvial soils are perfect for growing white grape varietals. Partially barrel fermented in French oak to impart a creamy and textured mouthfeel, the wine shows a rich balance of floral, apple and melon aromas which carry through on the palate.

This wine is rich and round with silky tannins and elegant acidity, which help to balance it's ripe fruit qualities.

Our Blanc de Noirs opens with aromas of lemon zest, rounded out by soft vanilla and juicy white peach stone fruit. On the palate a bright crispness yields to sweet melon and hints of vanilla with a green apple lift, with a fresh raspberry element. The bubbles dance lightly finishing with a creamy, lush palate and persistent finish.
