Process to delete history, cache, and cookies from your devices
Delete History, Cache, and Cookies on iPhone and iPad
- Open the Settings app
- Scroll down and tap Safari
- Scroll down in the Safari Menu and tap Clear History and Website Data
- Confirm that you want to delete the history
Clear, Enable & Manage Cookies in Chrome
Clear all cookies
- On your computer, open Chrome.
- At the top right, click More Settings.
- Click Privacy and security Cookies and other site data.
- Click See all site data and permissions Clear all data.
- To confirm, click Clear.
2. Delete cookies from a specific site
- On your computer, open Chrome
- At the top right, click More Settings.
- Click Privacy and security Cookies and other site data.
- Click See all site data and permissions.
- At the top right, search for the website's name.
- To the right of the site, click Remove.
- To confirm, click Clear.
3. Delete Cookies from a period of time
- On your computer, open Chrome .
- At the top right, click More More tools Clear browsing data.
- At the top, next to "Time range" click the dropdown.
- Choose a time period, such as the past hour or the past day.
- Check Cookies and other site data.
- Uncheck all the other items.
- Click Clear data.
Clear, Enable, & Manage Cookies in Edge
1. To Delete all Cookies in Edge:
- In Edge go to: Settings and more (the 3 ... in the upper right corner of your browser window).
- Select Settings → Privacy, search, and services.
- Select Choose what to clear under Clear browsing data → Clear browsing data now.
- Under Time range, choose a time range from the list.
- Select Cookies and other site data, and then select Clear now.
2. Delete cookies from a specific site:
- In Edge go to: Settings and more...→ Settings → Cookies and site permissions.
- Under Cookies and data stored → Manage and delete cookies and site data → See all cookies and site data and search for the site whose cookies you want to delete.
3. Delete cookies every time you close the browser: Once this feature is turned on, every time you close your Edge browser all cookies and other site data will be delete. This signs you out of most sites.
- In Edge, select Settings and more ...→Settings →Privacy, search, and services.
- Under Clear browsing data, select Choose what to clear every time you close the browser.
- Turn on the Cookies and other site data toggle.
