In the glass, the wine is deep purple with ruby highlights, and offers intense, concentrated aromas of cassis, tobacco and graphite. Flavors of black cherry fruit wash over the palate, with complex layers of cacao, cedar and tobacco. Full soft tannins complete the profile with lingering notes of herbs and spice. This wine is drinking well in its youth, but will improve over the next 10+ years.

 The deep garnet-purple colored 2015 Cabernet Sauvignon Cherryblock offers wonderfully complex scents of crème de cassis, wild blueberries, plum preserves and incense with nuances of lilacs, cigar box, beef drippings, wood smoke and tilled soil. Full-bodied and jam-packed with tightly wound black berry preserves, spice and savory layers, it has a rock-solid frame of grainy tannins and seamless freshness, finishing long and perfumed.
