Culinary Tour & Tasting at Chalk Hill

Your adventure will begin with an amuse-bouche of organically-farmed produce sourced fresh from our Estate Gardens, which provide the culinary inspiration and ever-changing seasonal influences behind our menu. You will then enjoy a seated, 4-course, farm-to-fork tasting of our exquisite Estate Wines, expertly paired with culinary offerings from our Executive Chef, Dave Thater.
Chef Thater possesses an incomparable ability to incorporate the ingredients from our gardens into every aspect of our cuisine. Each course is precisely paired by our Master Sommelier who works closely with Chef Thater to ensure that the complexities of the cuisine complement those of the wine.
Our Culinary tours are available by reservation only, Tuesday through Saturday at 11 am. Group sizes range from 4-24 guests, and groups larger than 12 must provide their own shuttle for transportation. Please inquire about private seatings or alternate times. We are unable to accommodate pets (unless they are service animals) and anyone under the age of 21 on our Culinary Tours.
