2021 Banshee Sauvignon Blanc, Sonoma County
This 2021 Sauvignon Blanc opens with a fragrant nose of lemonade, citrus blossom, lychee and a hint of straw bale. Bright, crisp flavors of apricot, tropical fruit and minerality lead to a luscious round mid-palate. A beautifully balanced, dry but juicy wine that surprises at every sip.
Our vineyard selection for the Sonoma County Sauvignon Blanc has continued to improve over the years. We sourced from the Russian River, Dry Creek, Alexander and Sonoma Valley appellations for this vintage and the final blend is bright, refreshing and lively with acidity.
