Production Notes
We had a snowy start to the 2019 growing season and a wet spring without much frost pressure. The weather improved in June and continued with a nice, warm summer. We picked the Bacchus Riesling
on September 11th. We were able to skirt some large rain events in September and ended up with some beautifully expressive fruit.
