2019 Acrobat Rosé, Oregon
Winemaker Notes
The 2019 Acrobat Rosé has a beautiful, vibrant hue of pale pink. The nose
exudes fresh cut strawberries with a soft touch of floral. The palate is laser
focused with bright flavors of fresh strawberries and juicy pears, with a
pleasant structure of lively, clean acidity.
Food Pairing Notes
There is an overall striking
balance of fresh fruit and structure that begs to be paired with a variety of
food, especially cheese and charcuterie.

Vineyard Notes
During 2019, Oregon experienced a mild winter and early spring. The
growing season was marked by a combination of warm weather and heavy
precipitation in late June and early July. Steady rains in September and
cool weather in October made for a challenging harvest, especially when
trying to determine when to pick. But the silver lining of the late season
rains meant that Oregon had far fewer wildfires in 2019 than previous
years. From a winemaking perspective, the cooler vintage means this rosé
has more nuanced aromas that would have been obscured by alcohol in a
warmer year.
