2018 Three Rivers Streamlet Red, Columbia Valley
Available March 8th, 2021
The 2018 Streamlet is a vibrant wine with rich aromas of fresh picked blackberries and baking spice. Dark fruit swirls on the
palate with accents of cedar and char that encapsulate this earthy, complex wine. Firm, streamlined tannins linger on the finish and add structure to this new world red blend.
Winemaker Notes
We really like to blend, but coming up with a name can be tricky. To stay with the river theme, we came across “Streamlet” (a natural body of
running water smaller than a river). We liked the name so much, so it stuck. Our idea was to create a blend unique to Washington State. We’ve
got equal parts of silky wildly expressive Syrah, mouthwatering Merlot and bold Cabernet Sauvignon, all from impressive vineyards throughout Eastern Washington.

Production Notes
A mild wet winter led to a cool wet spring. With bud break at a near normal pace we headed into June with yet more rain. July and August really
heated up with temperatures over 100°F and smoky skies. September revealed ideal conditions for a beautiful uneventful harvest.
