Production Notes
Primary fermentation over a period of 30 days with an additional 12 days of extended maceration. It was then pressed and placed in barrel where malolactic fermentation occurred naturally. 15 months in French oak, 40% of which was new.

The fruit for out 2018 Cabernet Sauvignon hails from world famous Napa Valley. This appellation provides a bold, concentrated and more complex Cabernet due to the rockier soils and exposure to elements that stress the vines.
