2018 Acrobat Pinot Noir
The 2018 vintage is a brilliant example of Pinot Noir from a consistent and warmer than average Western Oregon growing season. In the glass,
there is a garnet-colored center with bright ruby edges. The nose has rich, fruit-forward aromas of bright Bing cherry and raspberries, with hints of
cinnamon and baking spices. The palate echoes with ripe strawberries and dark chocolate up front, followed by earthy and spicy notes of forest floor and clove. A lovely medium-bodied pinot noir with fine-grained tannins and refreshing acidity, expect this wine to age beautifully through the next decade.

Vineyard Notes
The 2018 vintage was truly remarkable. The wines, especially the Pinot Noir, are drinking well even at these young stages, and will continue to
age gracefully in the coming years. A long steady growing season with a dry fall allowed for winemakers to harvest based upon flavor development rather than necessity or to avoid the October rains. The wines of 2018 have been dubbed the "Goldilocks" vintage where the conditions weren't too hot, too cold, too wet, nor too dry. they were just right.
