2017 Three Rivers Cabernet Sauvignon, Walla Walla Valley
The 2017 Walla Walla Valley Cabernet Sauvignon displays dense black fruit with layered minerality. Dark cherry and flavors of espresso, cola and sandalwood give this wine a robust mouthfeel. Truly a terroir driven wine with refined tannins, it pairs beautifully with beef tenderloin.

2017 started on the same track as 2016 with bud break a bit ahead of average and a hot summer. September and October cooled and allowed us some relief. The quality looks great from this warm vintage. Bright flavors and acidity were achieved in this ideal vintage.
