2017 Banshee Thorn Ridge Vineyard Pinot Noir, Sonoma Coast
The Thorn Ridge can be summed up in one word: yummy. Pretty aromatics of shaded redwood grove, early fall and that first breeze when you know fall is right around the corner. An approachable Pinot Noir with soft, warm flavors of maraschino cherries, oatmeal blackberry muffins, a touch of Dr. Pepper and gummy coke bottles with a brambly, earthen finish and a hint of lemon-lime. Definitely drinkable now!
