The 2016 Walla Walla Valley Cabernet Sauvignon displays dense
black fruit with layered minerality. Cured meat and flavors

Production Notes
2016 started out with above average temperatures reaching record
heat in April. This jumpstarted our growing season and resulted
in an earlier bloom than in 2015. Cooler June and July months
slowed things down, allowing us to catch up in the vineyard.
Temperatures heated up again in August and the grapes were
harvested in September 2016.
