2015 Three Rivers Sauvignon Blanc, Columbia Valley
The Sauvignon Blanc grapes were hand harvested on August 25th. They were gently whole cluster pressed. The juice was allowed to settle at 50F, racked and inoculated with a varietal specific yeast. When it comes to Sauvignon Blanc, we prefer crisp and zingy. Our 2015 is a perfect example of this with vibrant aromas of honeydew melon, kiwi and white blossoms. Crisp acidity and a long, bright finish.

Makes a perfect aperitif or pairs with any soft cheese like an herbed goat cheese or in season, blanched asparagus with a sprinkle of sea salt.

2015 was the earliest wine grape harvest we have ever had due to the above average warm weather throughout the year! All of the grapes for this Sauvignon Blanc were hand harvested on August 25, 2015. The fruit quality is spectacular from this very warm vintage.
