2015 Three Rivers Cabernet Sauvignon, Columbia Valley
Our 2015 Columbia Valley Cabernet Sauvignon is rich and full bodied. This wine is filled with aromas and flavors of currant, salal berry and juicy blackberry. The oak aging provides textural depth on the palate.

17 months in French, Hungarian, and American Oak; 30% new
2015 was hot! This resulted in all aspects of the growing season being 2-3 weeks ahead of schedule: bud break, bloom and harvest. Grapes had smaller berry size producing ripe, full bodied wines with great structure. We started picking mid-August and finished by the end of September, for the first time ever. Certainly an exciting vintage with great fruit quality.
