2015 Three Rivers Cabernet Sauvignon, Walla Walla Valley
Our 2015 Walla Walla Valley Cabernet Sauvignon is a deep ruby color with purple hues. Cherry cola, soy and blackberry aromas lead to a mouthful of intensely rich dark fruit. The palate has a textural depth from the oak treatment with just a hint of minerality on the finish.

2015 was hot! This resulted in all aspects of the growing season being 2-3 weeks ahead of schedule: bud break, bloom and harvest. Grapes had smaller berry size producing ripe, full bodied wines with great structure. We started picking mid-August and finished by the end of September, for the first time ever. Certainly an exciting vintage with great fruit quality.
