2015 Guenoc Petite Sirah, California
The 2015 growing season was early, light and of exceptional quality. Warm summer days and evening cooling led to wines of both complex tannin structure and bright acidity. Our 2015 Petite Sirah is deep red in color with purple hues. On the nose aromas of candied currants and plum dominate with cedar and oak notes. A rich, fruit forward entry is rounded with soft tannins.
Food Pairing Notes
The wine has a long fruit driven finish of blueberry jam and vanilla and pairs nicely with spicy beef tacos or a juicy burger.
97% Petite Sirah, 2% Petit Verdot, 1% Cabernet Sauvignon
