Riesling is known for it’s highly aromatic nature. Our 2022 is beautifully representative of that reputation, offering honeysuckle flowers and St. Germain. The mouthwatering palate is light-bodied and nuanced, exuding flavors of guava, citrus, and stone-fruit. This wine is an excellent pairing for Asian cuisine, especially Tom Yum Goong, or yellow curry.

The 2023 Acrobat Pinot Noir is an instant classic. Textbook cool-climate Pinot characteristics of bing cherry, raspberry, plum, and damp earth aromas are met with touches of cinnamon and mocha. The juicy palate displays red fruit and fine-grained tannins with a pop of acidity adding balance and freshness. Pair with veggie pizza, hummus and pita, or stuffed mushrooms.

The 2023 Acrobat Rosé is fresh and inviting. Pale pink in color, this Rosé exudes aromas and flavors of wild strawberry, guava, and grapefruit. The palate is medium-bodied, finishing with crisp acidity.

Our Grove Mill Sauvignon Blanc 2023 is bright pale straw in colour with a light green hue. The 2023 Acrobat Pinot Gris is fresh and brilliant. Fruit-forward notes of pear, passion fruit, and honeydew melon intrigue the nose and carry through to the palate. Pleasant minerality and nicely balanced acidity round out a medium-bodied mouthfeel that concludes with a crisp, spirited finish.

The 2023 RICKSHAW Pinot Noir boasts an abundance of ripe red fruit characters - cherry, pomegranate, and cranberry, with notes of cola. Medium-weight with balanced acidity, this wine pairs beautifully with roast chicken or salmon dishes, sautéed mushrooms, and soft cheeses.

This inky deliciousness Rickshaw Cabernet Sauvignon is a food friendly, Tuesday-night-in-front-of-the-tv kinda Cab. Unapologetically bold, undeniably California, and complex enough that you might even pause Netflix to talk about it. The 2021 vintage is fruity and inviting; with tasty flavors of raspberry, cherry pie, and hints of vanilla and cedar to add just enough intricacy. Full-bodied, structured, and a whole lot of texture on the palate. A long, toasted oak finish lingers with notes of red fruit and spice.

Our 2023 Sonoma Coast Chardonnay is bright, forward, balanced and approachable. Enticing aromas of apple, peach, vanilla, and spice are lifted by elegant floral characters. With its cool-climate influences, this chardonnay has remarkable varietal intensity, balanced acidity and mineral notes on the long finish.

Our Dashwood Pinot Noir displays a dark ruby red color with inviting aromas of dark cherry, wild strawberry and plum.
