The 2022 Abel Cabernet Sauvignon displays a dark garnet-ruby color in the glass. Aromas of spice, cedar, tobacco, and pomegranate lead to delicate, yet bold characters on the palate. Black raspberry, blackberry blossom and vanilla flavors framed by rich tannin coalesce in a smooth, lingering finish

This wine is a beautiful representation of Anderson Valley Pinot Noir. Aromas of pomegranate, raspberry bramble, nutmeg, and spices awaken the senses. The palate is medium-bodied with plenty of juicy acidity, offering cherry cola characters with hot cocoa on the finish.

Upon opening, aromas of espresso and cassis fill the nose. On the palate, this is a lighter-bodied Cabernet Sauvignon with accents of red plum, graphite, and black olive. It’s earthy and bright with nuance of cranberry and black pepper, finishing with French oak on the long finish.

The 2019 Estate Cabernet Sauvignon captures the pure expression of our unique terroir at Lancaster Estate. It is a blend of four of the five of the red Bordeaux varietals we have planted on our volcanic hillside vineyards. The nose is rich with aromas of dark plum, tobacco and black pepper. The palate is deep and concentrated with flavors of black cherry, dark stone fruit, dried sage and a subtle earthiness.
