The 2019 Mendocino County Banshee Rosé is a lovely shade of pale salmon with aromas of rose water, salinity and fresh picked strawberries. Bright flavors of juicy cantaloupe and honeydew melon are highlighted by a touch of Meyer lemon.
Aromas of black currant, cedar, and fresh herbs. The palate offers surprisingly bright acidity with soft tannins and flavors of plum and raspberry with notes of vanilla and espresso. Smooth and lingering on the finish.
An approachable Pinot Noir with soft, warm flavors of maraschino cherries, oatmeal blackberry muffins, a touch of Dr. Pepper and gummy coke bottles with a brambly, earthen finish and a hint of lemon-lime.
On the nose, our 2016 Syrah offers alluring aromas of black cherry and blueberry, with hints of sweet vanilla oak, dark chocolate and allspice. The palate is rich and luscious with flavors of blackberry jam, black olive, tobacco and dried herbs.
PreVail Lookout Tree is a bold, yet refined wine. An enticing bouquet of maple, spiced plum, violet and tobacco lead to layered flavors of cassis, raspberry, licorice and leather. The complex profile and forward tannin structure will allow this wine to evolve and age beautifully for many years.
To create this incredible blend, the best barrels from our top Cabernet Sauvignon, Malbec, and Petit Verdot blocks were selected. It is a deep, intense, powerfully built wine that captures the heart and soul of our stunning property. I am proud to give this wine my name.— William P. Foley, Proprietor
