Firestone was the first major estate winery established in the Santa Ynez Valley. Our 325 acres of historic vineyards lie approximately 26 miles from the cold Pacific Ocean creating a moderate, arid climate and extremely long growing season. In recent years we have developed proprietary viticulture protocols that take full advantage of the complex soils and many exposures on our estate. Our unique growing conditions and intense farming techniques yield wines that are concentrated, elegant and firmly structured. Firestone Vineyards is planted with Chardonnay, Gewurztraminer, Riesling, Sauvignon Blanc, Cabernet, Merlot, Pinot Noir and Syrah varietals.

From deep, dark color to rich, concentrated mouth, this is a showstopper of a wine. Aromas of blackberry and black cherry lead into a sophisticated palate of leather, cedar, vanilla, and baking spices.
Rich and intense with aromas of blackberry and black cherries. Flavors of cassis, dark roast coffee and vanilla laced with nutmeg and allspice. Opulent texture and tannin weight round out the palate.
Expresses aromas of roasted spiced plum, tobacco and toasted brioche. On the palate, a balanced composition of red fruit flavors, premium oak and acidity make for an enticing wine, start to finish.
Expresses aromas of black cherry, roasted plum with hints of cedar and sage. The palate reflects rich and lush flavors of expresso, clove and pipe tobacco with toasty oak and balanced acidity tying the whole package together.

The 2017 Firestone Chairman Series Cabernet Sauvignon is deeply expressive with aromas of cherries, plums, and hints of dried tobacco. Mouthwatering fruit flavors are complemented by soft tannins for a rich and structured finish.
Aromas of passion fruit, grapefruit, and citrus. Fresh and crisp flavors of melon, fig and tropical fruit dance on the palate. The bright palate and body is followed by a long mineral finish.
Aromas of ripe Anjou pear, Red Delicious apple, and a touch of Meyer lemon. The rich palate and body filled with toasted brioche, butterscotch and hints of baking spice balanced with a delightful acidity and soft, round creamy finish.
